肺心病合并呼吸衰竭营养支持治疗

目的探讨肺心病患者合理使用营养支持疗法的临床疗效。方法 2010年1月至2012年4月在我院住院的肺心病合并营养不良的患者,常规治疗基础上随机分营养支持组（30例）和对照组（30例）,比较两组患者营养指标,呼吸功能指标间的差异。结果两组间体重及血清白蛋白无明显变化（P〉0.05）,治疗组动脉血氧分压（PaO2）显著上升,二氧化碳分压（PaCO2）显著下降（P〈0.01）。第一秒用力呼吸容积（FEV1）显著上升（P〈0.01）。结论合理的营养支持治疗对肺心病合并呼吸衰竭效果明显。

The nutritional support treatment of pulmonary heart disease combined with respiratory failure

Objective To explore the rational of nutritional support in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease treatment.Methods From January 2012 to April 2012 in our hospital of pulmonary heart disease complicated with malnutrition patients,on the basis of routine treatment were randomly divided into nutrition support group（30 cases） and control group（30 cases）.Results comparing the two groups in body in body weight and serum albumin had no significant changes（P0.05）,the treatment group arterial partial pressure of oxygen（PaO2） increased significantly,partial pressure of carbon dioxide（PaCO2） decreased significantly（P0.01）.First second forced expiratory volume（FEV1） increased significantly（P0.01）.Conclusion Rational nutrition support therapy for chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with respiratory failure effect.
