一起非季节性流行性感冒暴发的流行病学分析

摘    要:目的分析平顶山市流行性感冒暴发的流行特征,为防控流感提供科学依据。方法流感疫情报告资料和实验室监测资料进行流行病学分析。结果此起暴发总发病病例47例,总罹患率6.71%,未见重症病例和死亡病例。发病年龄45岁以上27例,占发病数的57.45%,10岁以下15例,占发病数的31.92%居多。男女发病率无显著性差异;报告病例均无流感疫苗免疫史。结论系一起非季节性甲型流行性感冒暴发疫情,人群的普遍易感与卫生条件差是流感暴发的主要原因,经采取综合性预防控制措施后,疫情流行终止。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of influenza outbreak in Pingdingshan,and to provide a scientific basis for influenza control.Methods Epidemiological analysis was conducted through collecting the data from routine report system for infectious disease and surveillance data of laboratory.Results During the influenza outbreak,a total of 47 cases occurred with attack rate of 6.71%,and no severe case and death occurred.The difference of incidence between genders was no significance.27 cases with aged higher than 45 accounted for 57.45% of the total cases,and 15 cases with aged below 10 accounted for 31.92% of the total cases.All of the cases were no vaccination history.Conclusions Generally susceptibility of population and poor hygiene is the main reason caused outbreaks of influenza.The most effective solution for controlling influenza is to understand the epidemiological characteristic of influenza,to enhance influenza surveillance,to increase immunization rate of influenza vaccine for susceptible population,and to improve sanitation.
