肺癌血管内皮生长因子及增殖细胞核抗原表达与预后的关系

目的探讨肺癌血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达及其与预后的关系。方法选择70例肺癌患者为观察组,选取同期60例健康者为对照组。采用免疫组织生化的方法检测肺癌组织及正常肺组织VEGF及PCNA的表达。结果观察组与对照组VEGF阳性率分别为67.1%和35.0%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组PCNA阳性率为74.3%,显著高于对照组15.0%(P<0.01);观察组患者VEGF表达与淋巴结转移、临床分期显著相关(P<0.05);PCNA表达与淋巴结转移、分期和分化程度明显相关(P<0.05);观察组VEGF阳性者5年生存率显著低于VEGF阴性者(6.4%vs 21.7%,P<0.01);观察组PCNA阳性者与阴性者5年生存率分别为7.7%和22.2%,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 VEGF及PCNA过度表达与肺癌发生及生物学行为密切相关,可作为判断肺癌预后的重要指标。

Expression of VEGF and PCNA in lung cancer and its relationship with prognosis

Objective To explore the expression of VEGF and PCNA in lung cancer and its relationship with prognosis.Methods Selected 70 cases of lung cancer as experience group and 60 healthy peason as control.Immunochistochemical method was used to detect the expression of VEGF and PCNA in lung cancer tissues and normal lung tissue.Results The positive rate of VEGF were 67.1% and 35.0% in experience group and control group respectively(P<0.01);The positive of PCNA in experience group was much higher than in control group(74.3% vs 15.0%,P<0.01);Eexpression of VEGF was related to lymph node metastasis and clinical stages(P<0.01).The expression of PCNA was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis,clinical stages and histological differentiation(P<0.01).The 5 year survival rate in high VEGF expression patients was much lower than in low VEGF expression cases(6.4% vs 21.7%,P<0.01);The 5 year survival rates were 7.7% and 22.2% in high PCNA expression and low PCNA expression patients with significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusions High expression of VEGF and PCNA are closely related to the occurrence and biological behavior of lung cancer.Detection of VEGF and PCNA can be important indexes for evaluating the prognosis of lung cancer.
