16层CT在小儿气管支气管异物诊断中的应用

目的 探讨16层CT诊断小儿气管支气管异物的临床应用价值。方法 对32例气管支气管异物患儿行16层CT检查,结合多平面重建（MPR）、CT仿真内镜（CTVE）图像分析,全部病例经临床支气管镜证实。结果 本组32例中,16层CT直接显示气管异物12例,右支气管异物11例,左支气管异物6例,双侧支气管异物2例,间接提示右支气管异物1例。结论 16层CT扫描结合MPR、CTVE不仅能显示异物所在的解剖位置,而且能直接显示异物的形态、大小等,对临床医师取出异物有重要的指导价值。

Application of 16-slice CT in diagnosis of trachea and bronchus foreign body in children

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of 16-slice CT in diagnosis of bronchotracheal foreign body in children. Methods 32 cases suspected bronchotracheal foreign body in children were examined using 16-slice CT with post- processing reconstruction mainly multiplanar reconstrction(MPR) and virtual branchoscopy(CTVE).All cases were confrimed with clinical bronchoscopy. Results Among 32 cases, 12 cases of trachea foreign body, 11 cases of right bronchial foreign body, 6 cases of left bronchial foreign body, 2 cases of both sides of bronchial foreign body were showed directly by 16-slice CT,and 1 case of right bronchial foreign body showed indirectly on 16-slice CT. Conclusion 16-slice CT scan with MPR and CTVE can not only shows the anatomical location of the foreign body,but also the shape and size of the foreign body,it has impotant refering value to clinicians to take out the foreign body.
