青少年意外伤害原因分析

目的：探讨青少年意外伤害的原因及其防范措施。方法：根据1990年1月一1998年12月我院收治的大、中、小学生因意外伤害住院的病历记录进行分类统计,并分析致伤原因。结果：不规范活动致伤143例,交通事故伤113例,体育活动伤37例,其他伤害75例。致伤的主要原因与学生的安全观念及自我保护意识淡薄、违纪违章、缺乏文明道德有关。结论：青少年发生意外伤害的原因复杂,只有得到全社会的关注,加强对青少年的安全、健康教育,才能有效地预防和减少意外伤害的发生。

An Analysis on the Causes of the Accidental Damage for Juvenile Students

Objective:To investigate the cause and the measures in the prevention of the accidental damage for juvenile students.Methods:The collected date of the accidental damage for teenager in our hospital from January 1990 to December 1998, including collegian, middle school students and pupils were evaluated, analysed for the causes of trauma. Results: 143 cases were caused by irregularly game, 113 cases by traffic accident, 37 cases by athletic sport and 75 cases by other causes. The mainly cause was associated with the lack of the consciousness of safety and prevention by oneself. These had broken the rule and the law had been absence of the civilization and morality. Conclusion: The cause of accidental trauma for teenager was comglex. As though young student acquired good education with health and security, and the good climate is culivated, such as politeness, discipline, morality, the rate of trauma may be decreased, even by eliminated actualy.
