CD4^＋CD25^＋调节性T细胞在特发性血小板减少性紫癜发病中的研究新进展

CD4^＋CD25^＋调节性T细胞是一群具有免疫抑制功能的T细胞亚群，在小鼠和健康人体中约占外周CD4^＋T细胞的5％-10％，占人体外周单个核细胞的1％-2％，其通过多种途径对免疫反应具有抑制效应，能维持内环境的稳定。特发性血小板减少性紫癜（idiopathic thrombocytopcnic purpura，ITP）是一种自身免疫性疾病，以皮肤、黏膜或内脏出血为主要表现。近年来研究发现，CD4^＋CD25^＋调节性T细胞与ITP的发病有一定的联系，本文对CD4^＋CD25^＋调节性T细胞的特征和作用，特发性血小板减少性紫癜发病机制及CD4^＋CD25^＋调节性T细胞在特发性血小板减少性紫癜发病中的作用等的研究新进展作一综述。

Recent Advances of CD4+CD25+ Regulatory T Cells in Pathogenesis of Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura-Review

CD4(+)CD25(+) regulatory T cells are thought to be a subgroup of cells which have the function of immune suppression. 5 to 10 percentage of peripheral CD4(+) T cells and 1% - 2% of peripheral mononuclear cells are CD4(+)CD25(+) regulatory T cells in mouse or healthy human. They can suppress immune response through many pathways and sustain the stabilization of internal environment. Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura is a kind of autoimmunity disease which mainly has a manifestation of hemorrhage in some locations such as skin, mucosa or viscera. Recent findings support that CD4(+)CD25(+) regulatory T cells are relevant to the morbidity of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. In this review, the recent advance on characteristics and functon of CD4(+)CD25(+) regulatorg T cells, pathogenesis of idiopathic thromocytopenic purpura and role CD4(+)CD25(+) regulatory T cells in pathogenesis of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura were summarized.
