| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨四君子汤对机体免疫功能的影响.方法 采用利血平注射法复制脾虚证模型，以分别代表细胞与体液免疫功能的T、B淋巴细胞活性及血清IgG、IgM的水平为指征，观察益气健脾基本方四君子汤对它们的影响.结果 脾虚证模型大鼠较正常大鼠T淋巴细胞转化率及血清IgM水平显著降低，四君子汤防治组与正常大鼠差异无显著性.结论 四君子汤对脾虚证的防治作用表现在增强T淋巴细胞活性及升高IgM水平的作用两个方面.

| Abstract: | [Objective] To investigate the effect of Si-jun-zi decoction on immune function in rats. [Methods]Hypofunction of the spleen model was built by injecting Reserpine. The influences of humoral and celluar immunological function were measured by immunonephelomytry. [Results] T lymphocyte transformation efficiency and levels of serum IgM of the hypofunction of the spleen models were extremely low compared with normal rats, and Si-jun-zi decoction could recover the T transformation efficiency and level of serum IgG and IgM of the hypofunction of the spleen model. [Conclusion] Si-jun-zi decoction can strengthen T lymphocyte function and raise levels of serum IgM in asthenic spleenic Qi rats. That might be the mechanism for Si-jun-zi decoction treating asthenic spleenic Qi. |
