多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统对肺癌诊断的价值

目的:探讨多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测对肺癌诊断的价值。方法:对89例肺癌患者蛋白芯片检测结果进行分析。结果:CA19-9、CEA、CA125、SF阳性表达率较高,分别为17.9%、38.2%、26.9%、22.4%,用蛋白芯片法联合检测12种肿瘤标志物的阳性率为55.1%,显著高于单一标志物的检测。结论:多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片法检查在肺癌诊断、监测中有重要的临床价值。

The diagnostic value of multiple tumor markers protein chip in lung cancer

Objective:To assess the value of multi-tumor marker protein biochip system in lung cancer.Methods: The level of 12 tumor makers was analyzed in sera of 89 lung cancer patient by multi-tumor marker protein biochip system.Result: The positive rates of CA19-9,CEA CA125,SF were 17.9%,38.2%,26.9% and 22.4% in patients with lung cancer.And the combination multi-tumor markers positive rate was 55.1% which was apparently superior to single tumor marker.Conclusion: Multi-tumor marker protein biochip system has good valuable for clinical diagnosis of lung cancer.
