湘潭地区常见妇女病的调查研究

目的:了解近年来湘潭市部分城区、郊区妇女妇科常见病、多发病的发病情况及变化趋势,为妇女常见疾病的防治工作和健康教育提供科学依据。方法:对2006年5月～2009年5月湘潭市部分城区、郊区的妇女所进行的妇女病普查结果进行回顾性总结统计分析。结果:(1)经检查的3676名妇女,患病人数为2668名,妇女病患病率较高为72.58%。所患疾病排在前几位的为:宫颈炎、乳腺小叶增生、子宫肌瘤、阴道炎。(2)妇科疾病、乳腺疾病患病率呈上升趋势,疾病高发人群为:宫颈炎30～49岁,乳腺小叶增生30～49岁,子宫肌瘤40～49岁,阴道炎40～49岁。(3)城区妇女乳腺疾病患病率及妇科疾病患病率均高于城郊妇女。结论:妇女病患病率呈上升趋势,妇女生殖健康状态不够乐观,须重视生殖道感染和乳腺小叶增生的防治,在积极开展妇女病普查普治的同时,应加强健康教育,促进妇女增强自我保健防范疾病意识,采取干预措施,降低妇女病患病率,做好妇女保健工作,切实维护广大妇女健康。

Study on the commonly encountered gynecopathy in Xiangtan area.

Objective：To identify the situation and trends of gynecopathy commonly and frequently disease in Xiangtan city and suburb and provide science basis.Methods：To analysis the mass screeing results of gynecopathy in Xiangtan from May 2006-May 2009.Results：（1）There were 2 668 women occurred gynecopathy,the occur rate was 72.58 percent.The main disease include cervicits,lobular hyperplasia of breast,hysteromyoma and vaginitis.（2）Gynecological diseases and breast diseases rising incidence,the happen frequently crowd include：cervicits 30-49 years old,lobular hyperplasia of breast 30-49 years old,hysteromyoma 40-49 years oldand vaginitis 40-49 years old.（3）The occur rate of gynecopathy in city was higher than in suburb.Conclusion：There are some problems in procreation health of women.Must pay attention to pvenent procreation infection and lobular hyperplasia of breast,enhance the health education,mass screeing and treatment in early of gynecopathy,and adopt intervention measures to reduce the occur rate of gynecopathy.We must do well health work of women and maintenance women＇s health.
