连云港市早产儿视网膜病变高危因素的调查研究

目的:调查研究连云港市早产儿视网膜病变的高危因素。方法:选取2005年1月～2009年12月连云港市的340例早产儿为研究对象,将其根据不同产前和产后因素项目者的早产儿视网膜病变(ROP)的发生率进行统计及比较。结果:产前项目中,孕周<31周者ROP发生率高于其他孕周者,产妇存在妊娠并发症者ROP发生率高于无妊娠并发症者,存在宫内窘迫者高于无宫内窘迫者。产后项目中,新生儿体重<1 500 g者发生率高于其他早产儿,存在贫血者高于其他无贫血者,窒息者高于无窒息者,吸氧时间>20天者高于其他早产儿,存在感染者高于无感染者,P值均<0.05,均有统计学差异。结论:连云港市早产儿视网膜病变高危因素包括产前和产后两个阶段的多个评估项目,应给予这些方面足够的重视。

Investigation on the high risk factors of retinopathy of prematurity in Lianyungang city

Objective:To investigate the high risk factors of retinopathy of prematurity(ROP) in Lianyungang City.Methods:A total of 340 premature infants in Lianyungang city from January 2005 to December 2009 were selected as research object,then the incidence of ROP in premature infants with different prenatal and postpartum items were analyzed and compared.Results:Among the prenatal items,the incidence of ROP in premature infants with gestational weeks<31 weeks was higher than those with other gestational weeks,the incidence of ROP in cases with maternal pregnant complications was higher than that without maternal pregnant complications;among the postnatal items,the incidence of ROP in premature infants with neonatal weight <1 500 g was higher than those with other neonatal weights the incidence of ROP in premature infants with anemia and asphyxia was higher than those without anemia and asphyxia,the incidence of ROP in premature infants with oxygen therapy>20 days was higher than those with oxygen therapy<20 days,the incidence of ROP in premature infants with infection was higher than those without infection,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high risk factors of ROP in Lianyungang city include multiple items of prenatal and postpartum factors,and these items should be paid enough attention to.
