| 摘 要： | 目的探讨酒精性肝纤维化中医证候特点分布的影响因素。方法在前期酒精性肝纤维化中医证候特点的研究基础上，采用临床流行病学的原则和方法，全面地收集可能影响酒精性肝纤维化患者中医证候特点分布的因素并对其进行探讨。结果总酒精摄入量以及家族酗酒史条件下的总酒精摄入量是影响酒精性肝纤维化患者中医证候特点分布的重要因素。结论酒精性肝纤维化患者中医证候特点的分布和相应病机的演变与酒精对脏腑（肝脾）的损伤程度密切相关，并且遗传体质因素为影响证候特点分布的重要原因之一。 |
