阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗青少年首发精神分裂症对照研究

目的比较阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗青少年首发精神分裂症的疗效与安全性。方法将69例首发精神分裂症的青少年患者（12～18岁）随机分成两组，分别给予阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗8周，在基线、治疗后2、4、8周评定PANSS和TESS量表、检查血常规、肝功能、心电图。结果阿立哌唑有效率92％，显效率63．5％，利培酮有效率95％，显效率74％，两组间疗效差异无显著性。利培酮锥体外系反应（EPS）发生率33．3％，而阿立哌唑锥体外系反应发生率显著低于利培酮组（P〈0．01）。结论阿立哌唑对治疗青少年首发精神分裂症与利培酮疗效相当，且安全性高，锥体外系副反应比利培酮少，易为患者所耐受。

Comparative study of Aripiprazole with risperidone in the treatment of adolescent patients with first episode schizophrenia

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of aripiprazole and risperidone in the treatment of adolescent patients with first episode schizophrenia. Methods 69 cases of adolescent patients with first episod schizophrenia were randomly divided into the aripiprazole group and the risperidone group, 33 cases received aripiprazole while 36 cases received risperidone were treated for 8 weeks. The positive and negative symptom scale （PANSS） was used to evaluate the severity and the improve- ment of mental symptoms. The treatment emergent side effect scale （TESS） and laboratory tests were used to assess the adverse effects. Results Effects of both groups were similar after 8 weeks. But there was significant difference between the two groups in extrapyramidal side effects （EPS）, and aripiprazole group showed less EPS than risperidone group （P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusions Aripiprazole is as effective and safe as risperidone in the treatment of adolescent patients with first episode schizophrenia, but aripiprazote showed less EPS than risperidone.
