| 摘 要： | 目的探讨64层螺旋cT在颅内动脉瘤破裂并急性出血中的应用价值。方法选择颅内动脉瘤破裂并急性出血80例患者，均行64层螺旋CT检查，明确诊断之后直接进行手术夹闭或介入治疗。结果80例中，CTA共发现90个动脉瘤，其中82个为单发动脉瘤，DSA共检出86个动脉瘤。CTA与DSA两者对动脉瘤检出率无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论64层螺旋CTA诊断颅内动脉瘤检出具很高准确性，可作为颅内动脉瘤筛选和动脉瘤破裂并急性出血检测首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application value of 64 layer spiral CT in intracranial aneurysm rupture and acute hemorrhage. Methods A total of 80 patients with intracranial aneurysm rupture and acute hemorrhage patients, all line 64 layer spiral CT examination, diagnosis before operation GaBi or intervention treatment. Results Among 80 example, CTA were found 90 aneurysm, including 82 with single aneurysm, DSA were detected 86 aneurysm. CTA and DSA both aneurysm detection rate had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion 64 layer spiral CTA diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm inspection certificate issued by a high accuracy, and can be used for screening and intracra- nial aneurysm rupture and acute hemorrhage detection method of first choice. |
