| 摘 要： | 目的探讨年龄相关性黄斑变性患者焦虑抑郁情绪现状和影响因素。方法选择2012年4-8月于我院就诊的27例年龄相关性黄斑变性患者和同期于我院进行健康体检的同一年龄段的27例患者为研究对象进行测评。结果观察组患者的焦虑值和抑郁值均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论年龄相关性黄斑变性在对患者视力造成障碍的同时，也明显影响患者焦虑和抑郁情绪。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the anxiety and depression status and its influential factors in patients with age- related maeular degeneration. Methods The clinical data of twenty-seven patients with age-related macular degenera- tion who were treated in our hospital from April to August in 2012 were collected, and they were surveyed by the self- made genera1 data questionnaire, self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS）. Results The mean scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The patients with age-related macular degeneration are appearing visual obstacles and symptoms of anxiety and depression emotion. |
