真空小梁成形术治疗原发性开角型青光眼及高眼压症的临床分析

目的观察真空小梁成形术（PNT）治疗原发性开角型青光眼（POAG）和高眼压症患者的疗效和安全性。方法 21例（30只眼）患者进行视力、屈光度、中央角膜厚度、眼压、裂隙灯、前房角镜、眼底、视盘相干光断层扫描（OCT）及Humphrey自动视野计等全面眼科检查,并行PNT1000型治疗仪（Ophthalmic International公司产）治疗,首次治疗后第7天重复治疗1次,首次治疗后1 h、1 d、1周、2周、1个月、2个月、3个月复查,主要观察指标为眼压。结果 30只眼患者治疗前眼压（23.3±1.7）mm Hg,治疗后1 d、1周、2周、1个月、2个月、3个月各时间点眼压分别为（19.7±4.0）mm Hg、（19.7±2.8）mm Hg、（19.4±4.1）mm Hg、（19.0±2.4）mm Hg、（18.6±3.3）mmHg、（18.4±3.0）mm Hg,各时间点较治疗前基线眼压差异有统计学意义（P均〈0.001）,25只眼（83.3%）治疗后眼压下降幅度超过15%。结论本研究的短期小样本证实PNT是一种治疗POAG和高眼压症的安全有效的方法。

Clinic analyse of pneumatic trabeculoplasty (PNT) in patients with primary open angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension

Objective To study the efficacy and the safety of pneumatic trabeculoplasty(PNT) in patients with primary open angle glaucoma(POAG) and ocular hypertension.Methods 30 eyes of 21 Patients underwent comprehensive ophthalmologic examinations which cloud the vision,the diopter,central cornea thickness,intraocular pressure,slit lamp microscope,gonioscopy,fundus examination,optical tomography coherence in optic disk and Humphrey visual field examinations.And were treated with PNT Model 1000(Ophthalmic International Inc.) The repeated therapy was used on the seventh day after that.The ophthalmic examinations and IOP measurement were repeated at 1 hour,1 day,1 week,2 week,1month,,2month and 3month after fierst PNT therapy.Main Outcome Measure is intraocular pressure.Results The IOP of pre-PNT was 23.3±1.7 mm Hg,The IOP of 1 day,1 week,2 week,1month,2month and 3month after PNT therapy were19.7±4.0 mm Hg、19.7±2.8 mm Hg、19.4±4.1 mm Hg、19.0±2.4 mm Hg、18.6±3.3 mm Hg and 18.4±3.0 mm Hg,and the depression of IOP at each time has the statistic significant compare with bastic IOP at pre-PNT.(P<0.001).The IOP depression of 25eyes(83.3%) was more than 15%.Conclusion This small and short sample indicated that PNT is a safe and effective method to treat primary open angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension.
