三阴性乳腺癌和非三阴性乳腺癌临床特征及预后的比较分析

目的比较三阴性乳腺癌和非三阴性乳腺癌临床特征及预后。方法对我院2003年-2010年期间住院治疗的560例乳腺癌患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。比较三阴乳腺癌及非三阴乳腺癌的3年、5年生存率及临床特征的差别。结果三阴乳腺癌患者的3年生存率及5年生存率为85.5%和73.3%，显著低于非三阴乳腺癌患者（95.1%和88.0%,P<0.05）；三阴乳腺癌患者复发率和远行转移率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；三阴乳腺癌患者发病年龄较轻，肿瘤体积较大，与非三阴乳腺癌患者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；Cox多因素分析结果显示：是否为三阴性、肿瘤大小是影响患者预后的独立影响因素。结论三阴性乳腺癌有独特的临床病理特征，易发生复发及转移，预后差。

Clinical Characteristics and Prognosis A Comparative Study between Triple-negative and Non-triple-negative Breast Cancer

ObjectiveTo compare the clinical characteristics and prognosis between triple-negative (TNBC) and non-triple-negative breast cancer (NTNBC).MethodsFrom 2003 to 2010, 560 hospitalized invasive breast cancer patients were retrospectively analyzed. 3 year, 5 year survival rate and clinical characteristics were compared between TNBC and NTNBC.ResultsIn patients with TNBC, 3- and 5-year survival rate were 85.5% and 73.3%, respectively. Which were significantly lower than that in NTNBC patients (95.1% and 88.0%, P<0.05). Recurrence and metastasis rate of TNBC patients were significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Compared with NTNBC patients, TNBC patients were with a younger age at onset and larger tumor size (P<0.05). Cox multivariate analysis showed that TNBC and tumor size were independent prognostic factors.ConclusionTNBC has unique clinical characteristics. It tends to recurrence and metastasis, leading to a poor prognosis.
