水疗加抚触早期干预缺氧缺血性脑病患儿的临床疗效

目的观察水疗加抚触早期干预缺氧缺血性脑病患儿的临床疗效。方法 60例缺氧缺血性脑病患儿,随机分为实验组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用运动治疗、理疗、药物治疗,实验组在以上治疗基础上给予水疗加抚触治疗,治疗3个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果实验组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论水疗加抚触可提高缺氧缺血性脑病患儿的临床疗效。

Clinical effect of hydrotherapy and touch in early intervention of children with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy

Objective To observe the clinical effect of hydrotherapy and touch in early intervention of children with hypoxie ischemic eneephalopathy. Methods A total of 60 cases of children with hypoxie ischemic encephalopathy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and each group contained 30 cases. The control group received exercise therapy, physical therapy, and medication, while the experimental group was treated with additional hydrotherapy and touch therapy. After 3 courses, the curative effect evaluation was carried out. Results The curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The therapy of hydrotherapy and touch can improve the clinical curative effect in children with hypoxic ischemie encephalopathy.
