参芪消渴汤治疗糖尿病周围血管病变.80例疗效分析

目的 观察自拟参芪消渴汤治疗糖尿病周围血管病变的临床疗效.方法 将160例糖尿病周围血管病变患者随机分为两组各80例,对照组口服西洛他唑片治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服参芪消渴汤,3个月为1个疗程,观察两组治疗前后综合疗效、临床症状和体征、血糖、血脂、血液流变学变化及不良反应情况.结果 治疗组总有效率为96.25%;对照组总有效率为86.25%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 参芪消渴汤治疗糖尿病周围血管病变有效.

Clinical Observation on Shen Qi Xiao Ke Decoction Treating 80 Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Peripheral Angiopathy

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shen Qi Xiao Ke Decoction on diabetes mellitus peripheral angiopathy. Methods 160 patients with diabetes mellitus were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group. 80 patients in the treatment group were treated with Shen Qi Xiao Ke Decoction and Cilostawl, while 80 patients in the control group were treated with Cilostawl exclusively, both groups were treated for three months. The therapeutic effects, clinical manifestation, signs, the changes of blood glucose, blood fat, and hemorheology, and sides effects were observed before and after the treatment. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 96.25% and 86. 25% respectively (P<0.0I) .Conclusion Shen Qi Xiao Ke Decoction has good therapeutic effects on diabetes mellitus peripheral angiopathy.
