| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨舍曲林联合利培酮治疗抑郁症的疗效.方法 将60例抑郁症患者随机分为舍曲林联合利培酮组30例和舍曲林组30例,治疗8周,采用HAMP、CGI和TESS三种量表评定疗效和不良反应. 结果治疗结束时两组HAMD评分均降低,而联合利培酮组降低更明显,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 舍曲林联合利培酮治疗抑郁症疗效优于单用舍曲林治疗. |

Comparative study of sertraline combining with risperidone in the treatment of depression |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficaty of sertraline combining with risperidone in the treatment of depressive disorder. Methods A total of 60 patients with depression were randomly treated sertraline only and sertraline combining with risperidone for 8 weeks. The effects and adverse reactions were evaluated with Hamilon Depression Scale（ HAMD）, Clinical Global Impression（CGI） and Treatment Emergent Sympton Scale （TESS）before and after the treatment. Results There were significant differences between two groups in the reducing rate of HAMD. Conclusion It is suggested that sertraline combining with risperidone could have better efficacy than sertraline only in the treatment of depression. |
