上消化道疾病与足三里穴位压痛关系探讨

本文观察了114例慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、胃癌等上消化道疾病患者足三里穴位压痛情况与纤维胃镜检查,胃粘膜组织活检病理诊断之间的关系。结果表明,78.1%的患者有足三里穴位压痛,91.0%的患者为右侧足三里穴位压痛或以右侧为重,而且其压痛程度不仅与胃脘疼痛的程度呈正相关,与疾病的严重程度亦呈正相关,此点在胃癌患者中,表现最为突出。因此临床上,无论患者有无明显的胃脘痛等自觉症状,医师也可通过按诊了解足三里穴位的压痛程度,初步确定疾病的轻重。考虑到以右侧压痛为重的患者显著多于左侧,故在做穴位治疗时,应注意选择。

INYESTIGETION ON RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE UPPERDIGESTIVE TRACT DISEASES AND TENDERNESS AT POINT ZUSAN LI

The tenderness at point Au San Li and the findings of gastro-fi- beroscope examinat examination and gastric mucosa biopsy in 114 patients with upperdigestive tract illness as chronic gastritis,peptic ulcer and carcinoma of the stoma- ch were observed.The results sho- wed that 78.1% patients had the tenderness at point Zu San Li which were mainly at right side (91%)and more serious at right side too.The degree of tenderness was corelated positively not only with the gastralgia but also with the serious degree of the illness. This correlation was been seen in the patients with stomach carcin- oma remarkably.So we think that by palpating the point Zn San Li a clinician can determine the se- rious degree of illness prelimina- rily,regardless wheather there is symptom of gastralgia or not. When the point tretment was given, it should be noted to select the right side may be better.
