动态心电图在临床诊断病态窦房结综合征中的应用价值探讨

目的对于动态心电图(DGG)在病态窦房结综合征(SSS)中的应用价值进行综合探讨分析。方法随机选择自2010年来云南边防总队医院就诊的病态窦房结综合征患者44例作为观察组,进行动态心电图检测,对照组设定为同期健康者,对检测得到的结果进行统计分析。结果对患者进行24h心率监控,结果显示44例观察组患者的最高、低心率,总心率以及平均心率与对照组患者呈现显著性差异(P<0.05)。根据DGG分型标准分类得到,44例SSS患者中Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型分别为12例(27.3%)、7例(15.9%)、15例(34.1%)以及10例(22.7%)。结论动态心电图(DGG)可明确诊断病态窦房结综合征(SSS),并作出具体分型,简单准确,可为接下来的治疗提供可靠的参考价值,值得临床推广应用。

The Value of Dynamic Electrocardiogram in the Clinical Diagnosis of Sick Sinus Syndrome

Objective To conclude and analysis the application value of dynamic electrocardiogram in diagnosis of sick sinus syndrome.Methods 44 cases of patients with sick sinus syndrome（the observation group） and the healthy people（the control group） were detected by dynamic electrocardiogram.The results were analyed.Results The results from patients detected under 24h showed that 44 cases of patients in the observation group showed significant difference（P0.05）from the control group on maximum,minimum heart rate,total heart rate and average heart rate.In the 44 cases of patients,there are 12 cases（27.3%）in type Ⅰ,7 cases（15.9%）in type Ⅱ,15 cases（34.1%）in type Ⅲ and 10 cases（22.7%）in type Ⅳ according to the DGG minute standard.Conclusion DGG can detecte and classify the SSS accurately and offer reliably reference for the treatment next.It＇s deserved to be promotion clinically.
