肾上腺无功能肿瘤的超声诊断

目的：评价肾上腺无功能肿瘤的超声诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析经手术病理证实的32例肾上腺无功能肿瘤的超声检查结果。结果：32例中超声首检25例，首检正确率78.1％。检出时良性肿瘤体积多小于恶性肿瘤，肿瘤大小与良恶性之间显著相关，肿瘤越大恶性可能性越大。肿瘤内部回声与病理之间无明显关系，多数和肿瘤呈低回声，随着瘤体的增大回声逐渐增多、不均。良性肿瘤的囊性变与恶性肿瘤的液化坏死在声像图上无特异性表现。结论：超声对肾上腺无功能肿瘤的检出率不低于其它任何影像检查，可作为首选方法。

Diagnosis of Functionless Adrenal Tumors by Ultrasonography

Objective:To evaluate the functionless adrenal tumor by ultrasonography.Methods:The ultrasonic features of 32 cases with the functionless adrenal tumor which were proved by surgery and pathology and were retrospectively analysed.Results:Twenty five cases were detected initially by ultrasound.The detected rate was 78 1%(25/31).The volume of benign tumors was smaller than that of malignancy while having been examined.There were no definitive relationship between ultrasonography and pathology.The echoes of most tumors were lower.The larger the tumors the higher and more heterogoneous the echoes.There was no distinguished features between cystic degeneration of benign tumors and the liquefactive necrosis of malignancy.Conclusions:The detective rate for diagnosis of functionless adrenal tumors by ultrasound is not lower than any other imagine examinations.Thus,it would be the first diagnosing method to be choosed.
