| 摘 要： | 目的:了解积极的护理措施在治疗重度眼球破裂伤的作用。方法:对2002年-2003年收治的12例重度眼球破裂伤患者,采取积极的护理措施,包括四项,Zung氏焦虑状态自测量表(SAS)对患者进行评估,了解基本焦虑状态;及时有效的手术前后护理:观察药物使用中的反应和完整的出院指导。结果:12例患者均能坦然面对治疗的结果,积极配合治疗,部分患者完成了2次-3次手术,按时复查,无失访,无严重的并发症出现。结论:积极的护理措施,有助于促进重度眼球破裂伤患者的治疗和康复。

| Abstract: | Objective: To realize the effect of positive nursing measures which were treated in the patients with serious eye perforating injury. Methods: 12 cases in-patient from 2002-20003 with serious perforating eye injury were treated by positive nursing measures, which included 4 iteams. The ppatients basic anxiety level which were found out by SAS, available and betimes nursing measures per surgery, medicament reaction were observed also and entire leave hospital guidance. Results: The cases were calm to envisage the therapy results without exception and cooperated with doctor's treatment, some patients finished two or three OPS, all of call back were on schedule. No case to be missed and no serious syndrome taken place. Conclusion: Positive nursing measure should be paid attention to improve the clinical effectiveness in serious eye perforating injury. |
