外伤性白内障人工晶体植入术的疗效观察

目的分析探讨外伤性白内障人工晶状体植入术临床治疗效果及安全性。方法回顾性分析2010年4月至2011年4月期间在我院治疗的52例外伤性白内障患者的临床资料。52例患者均为后房型人工晶状体植入术,Ⅰ期植入。结果全部患者中,术后3个月矫正视力<0.5者21例,0.5~1.0者24例,>1.0者7例。术后29例出现角膜反应,12例出现不同程度葡萄膜反应,均经药物治疗消退。人工晶状体移位4例,因未影响视力,均未处理。玻璃体积血1例,应用止血药物吸收。结论人工晶体植入术的目的在于早期恢复双眼视功能,对外伤性白内障患者尽快恢复有用视力疗效确切,但植入术要掌握好手术时机,同时要处理相关并发症。

Clinical Analysis of Traumatic Cataract with Implantation of Artificial Lens

Objective To observe the clinical effects of traumatic cataract with implantation of artificial lens.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted in 52 patients with traumatic cataract who were admitted in our hospital from April 2010 to April 2011.52 cases of traumatic cataract were operated by the way mentioned above,in which we used gluey healon and vitrectomy.Results After 3 months,the post operative spectacle corrected visual acuity of 21 eyes0.5,24 eyes 0.5~1.0,7 eyes was better than 1.0,among them,29 cases were appearance cornea reaction,12 cases were appearance uvea reaction,4 cases were appearance intraocular lens phacometecesis and 1 cases were appearance vitreous hemorrhage.There were no any serious operative complications.Conclusion Timing and operatve methods is very important in patients with traumatic cataract and the effect is good.
