罗哌卡因硬膜外麻醉在老年患者全髋置换术中的应用

目的探讨不同浓度罗哌卡因在老年人全髋关节置换术中的麻醉效果。方法选择2009年1月至2011年12月在本院行全髋关节置换术治疗的老年患者66例作为研究对象,将患者随机分为两组,每组各33例,A组给予0.4%罗哌卡因麻醉,B组给予0.5%罗哌卡因麻醉,观察两组的麻醉效果。结果两组感觉阻滞起效时间、麻醉效果及Bromage评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),运动恢复时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 0.4%低浓度罗哌卡较0.5%罗哌卡因在老年人全髋关节置换术中的麻醉效果相当,且对运动阻滞的影响较小,是安全有效的。

The Effect of Ropivacaine Epidural Anesthesia in Elderly Patients with Total Hip Arthroplasty

Objective To research the anesthetic effect of different concentrations of ropivacaine in the elderly total hiparthroplasty.Methods Selected 66 cases of elderly patients with total hip arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2009 to 2011 in December as the object of study,randomLy divided them into two groups,33 cases of group A in each group given 0.4% ropivacaine anesthesia,the B group were given 0.5% ropivacaine anesthesia,observed the anesthetic effect in both groups.Results Two groups of sensory block onset time,the anesthetic effect and Bromage score difference had statistically significant（P0.05）,sports recovery time difference has statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The 0.4% ropivacaine has the same effect in anesthesia with 0.5% ropivacaine in the elderly total hip arthroplasty,and it has less impact on the motor block,it is safe and effective.
