封闭式负压引流技术在糖尿病足溃疡中的应用及护理

目的:探讨封闭式负压引流技术(vacuum sealing draina,VSD)在糖尿病足溃疡中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析自2008年1月至2011年4月期间使用VSD治疗糖尿病足溃疡患者20例的临床资料,并与同期使用常规换药治疗糖尿病足溃疡患者25例对照,比较治疗效果。结果:糖尿病足Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度溃疡愈合时间,VSD组分别为(5.2±0.8)d和(13±3.6)d,均显著短于对照组的(8.0±1.4)d和(17.4±5.4)d(P<0.01);Ⅱ、Ⅲ度溃疡的治愈率,VSD组分别为100%和50%,高于对照组的67%和0%;Ⅱ、Ⅲ度溃疡的感染率,VSD组均为0%,低于对照组的33%和43%。结论:VSD治疗能促进糖尿病足溃疡创面愈合,效果优于常规换药。

The application of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) in the treatment of diabetic foot ulceration

Objective:To explore the application effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) in the treatment of diabetic foot ulceration.Methods: Through retrospective analysis,the therapeutic effect of 20 diabetic foot ulceration patients treated by VSD and 25 control patients by bandage-fixing therapy from January 2008 to April,2011 were compared.Results: The average healing time of degree Ⅰ and Ⅱ foot ulceration in VSD group was(5.2±0.8) days and(13±3.6) days.It was shorter than(8.0±1.4) days and(17.4±5.4) days in the control group(P<0.01).Healing rate of degree Ⅱ and Ⅲ in VSD group was 100%和50%.It was higher than 67% and 0% in the control group.The infection rate of degree Ⅱ and Ⅲ in VSD group was all 0%.It was higher than 33% and 43% in the control group.Conclusion: The VSD therapy can promote diabetic foot ulceration healing and the effect of VSD was better than that of traditional dressing.
