宫颈癌组织中Bcl-2、Survivin的异常表达

目的：研究Bcl-2和Survivin在宫颈癌变过程中的表达，以探讨宫颈癌的发生机制。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法对宫颈癌、宫颈上皮内瘤样病变（CIN）和正常宫颈组织的石蜡标本进行Bcl-2、Survivin的检测。结果：Bcl-2、Survivin的阳性率在宫颈癌组织中与CIN、正常宫颈组织有显著性差异。Bcl-2表达的阳性率和Survivin的阳性率随着病理分级的升高，阳性率差异有显著性。Bcl-2、Survivin的表达率均与淋巴结转移有关。Bcl-和Survivin有相关性。结论：宫颈癌组织中Bcl-2、Survivin的异常表达和宫颈癌的恶变程度有关，可作为筛查宫颈癌和判断预后的指标。

Relationship between Bcl-2 and Survivin in uterine cervical carcinogenesis

Objective:To investigate the relationship between Bcl-2 and Survivin in uterine cervical carcinogenesis.Method:Formalin-fixed,paraffin-embedded samples from cervical carcinomas,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and normal cervical tissues were studied.Using streptavidin-biotin roxidase(S-P)immunohistochemical technique,the authors examined the expression of Bcl-2 and Survivin in these samples.Result:There were significant differences for Bcl-2 and Survivin between carcinomas,CIN and normal cervices,respectively.Expression of Bcl-2 were correlated with tumor grades,clinical stages and lymph node metastasis,and expression of Survivin was associated with tumor grades and lymph node metastasis.The expression of Bcl-2 was associated with the expression of Survivin.Conclusion:The abnormal expression of Bcl-2 and Survivin are associated with uterine cervical carcinogenesis.They possibly become useful indexes for the primary screening and prognosis of cervical carcinomas.
