| 摘 要： | 目的:观察高血压病致左心室肥厚患者所引起的QT离散度(QTd)的变化。方法:87例高血压病患者进行同步12导联心电图及超声心动图的测定,计算QTd、左室重量指数(LVMI)等指标;以42例健康成人作为对照组。结果:高血压致左心室肥厚组QTd明显高于高血压左心室正常组(P<0.01);而高血压病左室正常组与对照组比较,QTd差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高血压所致左心室肥厚引起QT离散度(QTd)增大,QTd在一定程度上可作为一种预测高血压致左心室肥厚出现室性心律失常的参考指标,以便为该种疾病的诊断及治疗提供新的理论依据。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the changes of QT dispersion(QTd)in patients with left ventricular hypertrophy induced by hypertension.Methods:12 leads ECG and UCG of 87 hypertension patients were recorded.QTd and left ventricular mass index(LVMI)were calculated.42 healthy adults were as control group.Results:Compared with normal group,QTd of patients in left ventricular hypertrophy group was significantly increased(P<0.01).There was no significantly difference between normal group and control group in QTd(P>0.05).Conclusion:QTd is increased in patients with left ventricular hypertrophy induced by hypertension.To a certain extent,QTd can be used as a reference of ventricular arrhythmias. |
