| 摘 要： | 目的探讨骶髂关节结核的临床特点与治疗方法。方法我院2003年1月至2011年1月收治51例骶髂关节结核,分析其病史、体征、影像特点,手术治疗35例,保守治疗16例。结果根据K im分型法,Ⅰ型5例,Ⅱ型11例,Ⅲ型15例,Ⅳ型20例。手术治疗35例,28例患者获得随访,手术优良率为80%,随访时均为临床治愈。结论骶髂关节结核下腰及臀部疼痛不适最多见,根据K im分型来指导临床治疗可取得良好效果。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the clinical characteristics and the treatment of sacro-iliac joints tuberculosis.Methods To analyze 51 cases with tuberculosis of the sacroiliac joints from history,signs,characteristic of radiology,treatment,healing that treated in our hospital from January,2003 to January,2011,taken operation 35cases,non-operation16 cases.Results According to Kim′s classifications,typeⅠ 5 case,typeⅡ 11 cases,typeⅢ 15 cases,typeⅣ 20 cases,35 cases treated by operation,and we followed up 28 cases,patients after operation follow up were clinical healed.Conclusion Clinical findings and signs of sacro-iliac joints tuberculosis were low back pain and buttock pain.Treatment of sacro-iliac joints tuberculosis according to Kim′s classifications will have good result. |
