双眼短期间隔白内障超声乳化手术的临床研究

目的 观察双眼短期间隔白内障超声乳化术的手术效果。方法 对52例双眼白内障患者进行超声乳化人工晶状体植入术，双眼间隔时间6d至1个月，根据时间长短分为3组。A组：7d之内(17例)；B组：10～20d(23例)；C组：21d至1个月(12例)。对各组手术并发症、眼压、视力进行比较性研究。结果 每组双眼间及组间比较在术后视力和并发症方面均无显著差异。结论双眼手术的间隔时间长短与手术效果没有必然联系，糖尿病或伴有原发眼病患者的第2眼手术间隔时间应以大于3个月为宜。

A clinical study on short-term interval binocular phacoemulsification for cataract

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical results of short-term int er val binocular phacoemulsification for cataract.MethodsShort-term interval b inocular phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation were performed on 52 patients(104 eyes) with cataract.The surgical interval of two eyes was 6 day s to 1 month.According to different interval period,all cases were divided into three groups:Group A was less than 7-day interval(17 cases),Group B for 10-20 days(23 cases) and Group C for 21 days-1 month (12 cases).Operative complicatio ns,intraocular pressure and postoperative vision were observed.ResultsThere were no significant differences in postoperative vision and complications betwee n the two eyes of same group and among the three groups.ConclusionThe clinic al effects of binocular phacoemulsification do not depend on the surgical interv al,the opposite eye with diabetic cataract and original disease should be operat ed 3 months later.
