运动对喂胆固醇家兔血浆动脉壁及肝脏cAMP水平的影响

摘    要:
对34只家兔随机分为正常对照、运动和不运动三组,后两组每只家兔喂胆固醇200mg/d,共四周。结果表明运动组动脉壁cAMP水平增加19.2%,不运动组则降低49.4%;肝脏cAMP含量运动组与不运动组分别降低21.2%和15.7%,血浆cAMP浓度运动组与不运动组分别升高0.95%和6.8%。

Abstract:
34 adult male rabbits were subdivided into three groups at random. The first group serves as normal control. The second group was kept in a spacious house, so that the rabbits could run freely.The third group was kept in a cage, in which their movement was greatly limited. All the rabbits were fed with 200 mg cholestesol daily for 4 weeks except the normal Control animal. We found that artery wall cAMP level decreased in non-exercise group, but increased in exercise group. The cAMP levels of liver in both exercise group and non-exercise group decreased but no significant difference between them. It was also found that the level of liver cAMP changed remarkably in animals fed with cholesterol but appeared no change in plasma cAMP level. This indicates that exercise on cAMP level in artery wall has certain specificity.
