显微注射受精时第一极体位置和卵母细胞膜穿破类型对受精和胚胎发育的影响

摘    要:
回顾分析了782个经卵母细胞浆内单精子注射(ICSI)的卵母细胞,第一极体位于12点和6点时,卵母细胞膜穿破方式为显微注射针直接进入胸浆内,卵膜穿破,不形成凹痕(A)及显微注射针进入卵母细胞内,回吸少量胞浆,卵膜在细胞中部穿破,形成轻微的凹痕(B)两种类型时的卵母细胞存活率,卵母细胞受精率和卵裂胚胎的发育质量。结果显示:第一极体位于12点和6点时的卵母细胞存活率,卵母细胞受精率,卵裂胚胎发育质量差异均无显著性,卵母细胞膜穿破方式为A类型时的卵母细胞存活率,卵母细胞受精率,卵裂胚胎发育质量均显著低于B类型组,提示:显微注射受精时的第一极体位置对卵母细胞的受精和卵裂的影响不大,但不同卵母细胞膜穿破类型会影响受精和胚胎发育。

Abstract:
782oocytes by intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) was studied retrospectively. The oocyte survival rate, normal fertilization rate and cleavage embryo quality were analyzed when the first polar body was located at 12 o'clock or 6 o'clock, and also when the oolemma breakage was type A (The injection needle directly entered the oocyte and the membrane was broken without creating a funnel) or type B (The injection needle created an invagination that ruptured at the approximate center of the oocyte after gently cytoplasmic aspiration). The results indicated that there were no significant differences between the 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock first polar body positions in oocyte survival rate, normal fertilization rate and cleavage embryo quality. Survival rate, normal fertilization rate and cleavage embryo quality were significantly lower in membrane breakage type A than in type B. The conclusion was drawn that the first polar body position did not significantly influence the normal fertilization and cleavage, but the mode of oocyte membrane breakage affected the normal fertilization and embryo development.
