摘    要:目的研究全民食盐加碘(USI)后5~15年甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)患者住院率的变化,为全民食盐加碘措施的调整提供参考。方法采用回顾性调查方法,收集甲亢患者住院资料。结果甲亢患者住院率在5、6年间为11.0/万,从第7、8年起逐年下降,第11~12年降到5.8/万的最低水平;其后又开始上升,到第15年(1999年)上升到11.2/万。结论甲亢患者住院率升高可能与盐碘和尿碘偏高有关,食盐加碘剂量宜作适当调整。

Abstract:Objective To examine changes of hospitalized rate of hyperthyroidism after 5~15 years of universal salt iodization(USI) in mild areas of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD). Methods Reviewed hyperthyroidism patient histories using retrospective approach in Jintan and Liyang counties in Jiangsu province. Results The hospitalized rate of hyperthyroidism was 11.0/10000 after salt iodization for 5 to 6 years, then dropped yearly to 5.8/10000 at the years of 11 to 12 of post-USI, then rised again to 11.2/10000 until the year of 1999. Conclusions Elevated rate of hospitalized hyperthyroidism is probably associated with increased iodine concentrations in salt as well as in urine. The amount of iodine added to salt should be reduced to ensure the population iodine intake within normal range.
