| 摘 要： | 目的:建立湿消丸的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对湿消丸中的木瓜、乌梅、白芍进行薄层鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法对湿消丸中白芍的有效成分芍药苷进行含量测定。结果:薄层色谱专属性强,阴性对照无干扰,含量测定芍药苷在0.101 8μg~2.545μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为101.83%,RSD为0.62%。结论:该方法简便快速,结果准确,可以有效控制湿消丸的质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish the quality standards of Shixiao pills. Methods：Thin layer chromatography（TLC）was used to identify papaya,dark plum and paeoniae radix in Shixiao pills. Content of paeoniflorin in Shixiao pills was detect-ed by high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）method. Results：Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.101 8 μg~2.545 μg. The average recovery rate was 101.83% and RSD was 0.62%. Conclusion：The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can effectively control the quality of Shixiao pills. |
