慢性肾脏病患者血清非对称性二甲基精氨酸水平与血压相关性研究

目的：探讨慢性肾脏病患者（CKD ）血清非对称性二甲基精氨酸（ADM A ）浓度与血压之间的相关性。方法选取30名慢性肾脏病患者作为研究对象，健康对照28名；应用高效液相色谱-质谱联用法测定研究对象血清与尿液ADM A浓度。结果慢性肾脏病患者血清ADM A 浓度明显高于健康对照组，而尿液ADM A浓度明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P ＜0．01）；慢性肾脏病患者血清ADM A浓度与收缩压、舒张压呈明显正相关（分别为r＝0．724，P＜0．0l；r＝0．637， P ＜0．01）。结论慢性肾脏病患者血清ADM A 浓度较正常人群明显升高，且与血压水平呈正相关。

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SERUM ASYNUNETRIC DIMETHYL-ARGININE LEVEL AND BLOOD PRESSURE IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum asymmetric dimethylarginine （AD-MA ） concentration level and blood pressure in patients with chronic kidney disease （CKD） .Methods A to-tal of 30CKD patients were selected as subjects .The levels of ADMA in the serum and urine of 30 CKD patients were determined by using high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry （HPLC-MS） .Results The serum level of ADMA was higher ,but the level of urinary ADMA was lower in the pa-tients with CKD than those in the controls （ P 〈0 .01） .The serum ADMA level was positively related to the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure ,（ r =0 .724 ,P〈0 .0l;r =0 .637 ,P〈0 . 01） .Conclusion n The serum level of ADMA in the patients with CKD is higher than that in the normal population .T he serum ADM A level is positively related to the level of blood pressure .
