| 摘 要： | 白芍总甙(0.5～62.5mg/L)对ConA(3mg/L)诱导的大鼠脾细胞产生白细胞介素-2具有双向调节作用。同时用活化小鼠脾细胞检测了ConA诱导大鼠脾细胞产生白细胞介素-2的纯度,表明,主要以白细胞介素-2为主。 |

| Abstract: | Effects of total glucosides of paeony ( TGP) on interleukin2 ( IL-2 ) production were studied with lL-2-dependent marine splenic lymohocytes. The results showed that IL-2 production by splenocytes was enhanced with low concentration of TGP (0.5-12.5 mg/L) , and diminished over the rang of 12.5-62.5mg/L. The concentration-effect curve seems to be bell-shaped. The data suggested that TGP hap two-sided regulatory effects on IL 2 production by splenocytes. |
