摘    要:目的 :观察山茶籽油对绝经后女性骨代谢指标影响,为食疗防治绝经后骨质疏松症提供理论依据。方法 :对广西壮族食用和非食用山茶籽油40~80岁的绝经女性足跟骨超声骨密度(UBD)、血钙、雌二醇、磷、碱性磷酸酶和血清护骨素进行测定,间隔5岁作为年龄组,其中血钙、磷和碱性磷酸酶用试剂盒测定,雌二醇用化学发光免疫法测定,酶联免疫法测定血清护骨素。结果 :食用和非食用山茶籽油2组的广西壮族绝经妇女血钙、磷各年龄组均无差异性。49岁以前食用和非食用山茶籽油组超声骨密度(UBD)和血清雌二醇(E2)相比较无差异,但50岁以后食用山茶籽油各年龄组的骨密度、血清雌二醇和护骨素均比非食用组高。结论 :食用山茶籽油能提高绝经晚期妇女的骨密度、内源性雌激素和护骨素,降低绝经晚期妇女的碱性磷酸酶,提示食用山茶籽油有防治雌激素缺乏所致骨质流失的作用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of camellia oleifera seed oil on the bone metabolic index of postmenopausal women,and to provide theoretical basis for dietary therapy for preventing and treating postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods:The 40 to 80-year-old Guangxi Zhuangese postmenopausal women(GZPW),who are either with or without the history of having camellia seed oil(HCSO),were grouped using an interval with the age of 5.Ultrasonic bone density(UBD)in calcaneus and the amount of calcium,estradiol(E2),phosphorus,alkaline phosphatase and osteoprotegerin in blood were measured using chemiluminescence immunoassay or enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results:There was no significant difference between these GZPW with and without HCSO in terms of serum calcium and phosphorus levels.No significant difference was found in these individuals aged under 49 in terms of UBD and serum E2;however,UBD and the level of serum E2 and osteoprotegerin were higher among these HCSO individuals than those non-HCSO individuals aged above 50.Conclusion:Edible camellia oil can increase bone mineral density,endogenous estrogen and osteoprotegerin and reduce alkaline phosphatase in late postmenopausal women.It suggests that edible camellia oil can prevent osteopenia caused by lack of estrogen.
