| 摘 要： | 目的应用磁共振3D-TOF MRA成像观察分析脑膜瘤供血特征。方法 30例脑膜瘤术前行磁共振3D-TOF MRA检查,观察分析肿瘤血供、瘤周血管以及颅内外交通情况。结果额部10例,主要表现为病灶邻近脑动脉主干远端分支不同程度受压,上矢状窦均未参与供血。镰旁13例,病灶主要由皮层动脉及前动脉额顶升支供血。颅内外交通者3例,MRA示肿瘤染色明显,典型者可见颅内外交通血管网形成。上矢状窦均明显受压消失。蝶骨嵴1例MRA表现为左侧脑膜中动脉前支参与供血。桥小脑角区3例,均可见病灶邻近部位大脑后动脉远端分支受压,未见明确供血血管。结论磁共振MRA技术可无创性观察病灶血供情况,可较好显示肿瘤血供、颅内外血管交通等情况,为临床术前提供更加准确丰富的影像学信息,大大提高了诊治效率。 |
