骨折合并糖尿病老年患者31例围手术期护理体会

目的：探讨骨折合并糖尿病老年患者的围手术期有效护理的措施.方法：记录并分析我院2006年9月～2009年9月手术治疗的31例骨折合并糖尿病老年患者的情况. 结果：通过治疗护理,所有患者均骨折治愈出院.结论：做好术前、术中、术后的准备护理工作,加强糖尿病骨折方面的教育和降低感染机会都是有效护病骨折合并理糖尿的成功经验.
