济南市县级综合医院工作人员针刺伤害状况的回顾性调查分析

目的探讨济南市县级综合医院工作人员针刺伤害的发生频率和特征，为制定安全注射对策提供依据。方法采用回顾性调查方法，对济南市4所县级综合医院过去1年问发生的针刺伤害事件进行登记，分析其发生特征。结果30．6％的调查对象曾发生过针刺伤害，年人均0．44次，每百病床平均每年发生针刺伤害46．70次。助产士、麻醉师、检验技师为针刺伤害的高发职业。针刺伤害主要发生在器材使用后的分解、消毒、废弃过程中（43．7％），最主要的原因器材为翼状针（37．2％）。结论所调查医院针刺伤害的发生频率与欧美等国基本相同；我国医疗单位注射等操作规范尚有待进一步完善。

Analysis of Retrospective Investigation on Status of the Needle-stick Injuries for Medical Staff at County General Hospitals in Jinan

Objective To find out the incidence and characteristics of needle - stick injuries for medical staff at county general hospitals and provide evidences for establishing strategies on safe injection prevention. Methods All relative medical staff at the 4 county general hospitals in Jinan Municipal were investigated restrospectely.The needle- stick injuries during last year from May 1, 2003 to Feb.29, 2004 were registered and analyzed. Results Results 30.6%of the target informants used the needle - stick in- juries.Tile yearly average of the needle - stick injuries for each person and per 100 sickbeds were 0.44 and 46.70 times, respectively,The High- risk occupantions for needle- stick injuries were midwife, anaesthetist and lab technicians.43.7%of needle- stick injuries were occurred at the needle equipment disassembling, sterilizing and abandoning processs.37.2%of needle equipment was wingshape needle. Conclusion The incidence level of the needle - stick injuries at fire investigated general hospitals was similar to that in American and European hospitals. The standard operation procedure of medical works such as injection for medical staff in China should be farther enhanced.
