内毒素在肝硬化病情演变中的重要性及干预价值

目的：探讨微生态制剂对肝硬化患者内毒素水平及并发症再发生率的影响。方法：选择健康组24例,肝硬化组57例随机分为对照组25例及试验组32例。肝硬化组均给予相同常规治疗,试验组在此基础上给予双歧三连活菌胶囊维持治疗8周,比较三组内毒素水平动态变化及肝硬化组治疗前后并发症再发率。结果：肝硬化组内毒素水平明显升高（P〈0.05）且内毒素水平与Child-Pugh分级正相关;治疗后试验组较对照组内毒素水平及并发症发生率（包括上消化道出血,腹水,肝性脑病及自发性腹膜炎）明显降低（P〈0.05）。结论：微生态制剂能有效降低肝硬化患者内毒素水平,降低并发症再发率,对改善肝硬化预后具有明显的临床意义。

Endotoxin Levels in Cirrhosis of the Liver in the Evolution of the Importance and Value of Intervention

Objective： To investigate endotoxin levels in the evolution of the importance and the role of probiotics in patients with cirrhosis of the liver. Method：Choose healthy group 24 cases, 57 cases of liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into control group 25 cases of liver cirrhosis and trial group 32 cases. Cirrhosis group were given the same conventional treatment. On this basis, the trial group were given Bifidohacterium three capsules with maintenance therapy for 8 weeks. Compare endotoxin level of three groups and observe the complications of the rate of recurrence in patients with liver cirrhosis before and after treatment dynamicly. Result： The levels of endotoxin in cirrhotic patients was significantly higher than healthy group ; there is a positive correlation between the endotoxin levels and Child - Pugh classification ; the trial group of the endotoxin levels and the incidence of complications （including upper gastrointestinal bleeding, ascites, hepatic encephalopathy and spontaneous Probiotics can effectively reduce bacterial peritonitis ） was significantly lower after treatment. Conclusion： endotoxin levels in patients with cirrhosis of the liver and reduce the incidence of complications, to improve the prognosis of liver cirrhosis has obvious clinical significance.
