摘    要:
目的:观察三七总皂甙对大鼠肝脏缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:通过阻断血运前将PNS经直接通道注入并保留于肝脏组织的方法,电镜下观察肝细胞超微结构的病理变化过程。结果:电镜观察表明PNS组超微结构的破坏较对照组轻。结论:PNS具有减轻和预防大鼠缺血再灌注肝细胞核、线粒体等超微结构损伤的作用。

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the protective role of total saponins of panax notognseng to rat hepatocyte during ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods:PNS was directly injected into liver tissue and was kept there by blocking pro-tal vein and hepatic artery, and the pathologic changes of the hepatocyte super-micro structure was observed by electron microscope. Results:The pathologic changes of super-microstructure in the experimental group were less than thost in the control group. Conclusion: PNS had the function of relieving and preventing rat liver super-microstructure such as nucleus and mitochondrion from ischemia reperfusion injury.
