| 摘 要： | 目的优选出了灵芝多糖含量测定时显色条件的组合。方法通过正交试验优选出了灵芝多糖含量测定时显色条件的组合。结果:灵芝多糖含量测定时显色条件的组合为A_3B_3C_2,即5％苯酚1.6ml,硫酸7.5ml,反应时间26分钟。

| Abstract: | Objective: Investigated the condition of the determination of Ganoderma Lucidum Polysaccharide. Methods: Investigated the condition of the determination of Ganoderma Lucidum Polysaccharide by application of oythogonal tests. Results: It was found that with 5% phenol 1. 6ml A_3 sulphuric acid 7.5ml B_3 and the 26 minutes of the reaction time C_2 the condition is at its best. |
