对云南省公安民警艾滋病相关知识、吸毒减少伤害态度和行为及职业暴露的调查分析

目的]调查分析云南省公安民警对吸毒减少伤害工作的态度和行为及职业暴露风险，为下一步在公安民警中开展艾滋病防治培训工作，促进公安卫生合作，支持项目县开展减少伤害活动提供依据。方法]对17个艾滋病较高流行项目县的1220名多警种公安民警进行统一问卷调查。收集公安民警对吸毒减少伤害工作的态度行为等方面信息。结果]所回收的1220份显示，云南省公安民警艾滋病基本知识知晓率较高，但对如何配合减少伤害其有效措施及预防职业暴露等相关知识缺乏了解。结论]应进一步加强减少伤害的倡导及培训，为公安卫生加强合作奠定基础，以支持减少伤害项目开展提供有益的支持性的环境，加强对基层公安民警职业暴露、以有效的减少干警的职业暴露风险。

Analysis of the survey on policeperson's knowledge on HIV/AIDS and attitude and behavior toward harm reduction of drug using and the risk of professional exposure of HIV in Yunnan

Objective To survey the attitude and behavior toward harm reduction of drug using and the risk of professional exposure of HIV in Yunnan, to provide the evidences on future training HW/AIDS prevention among policepersons and promoting the coordination between police and health systems to support the project counties developing harm reduction program. Methods Applying questionnaires to survey 1220 policepersons in 17 counties with high HIV prevalence, involving the attitude, behaviors and relevant information on harm reduction of drug using. Results The 1220 questionnaires show the high awareness on HW/AIDS knowledge but the lack on how to link with the work of harm reduction and how to prevent professional exposure of HIV. Conclusion The advocacy and training on harm reduction should be further strengthened to create the cooperative surroundings between health and police systems to support the project counties developing the harm reduction work. The professional exposure of HIV among the policepersons should be paid attention to reduce the risk.
