| 摘 要： | 采用Piot分型法对76株临床标本中分离出的加德纳菌进行了生物分型分析。结果：1型22％，2型16％，4型30％，5型9％，6型16％，8型7％，3型和7型未检测到。细菌性阴道病患者主要为1、2、4型，显著高于非细菌性阴道病患者（86％比37％，P＜0．01）。

| Abstract: | Seventy-six strains Gardnertella vaginalis were biotyped by the Piot's typing scheme for identifying biotypes of Gardnerella vaginalis , based on their reactions for lipase, hippurate hydrolysis, and beta-galac-tosidase. Of 76 strains tested, the distribution of biotypes observed was as follows: biotype 1, 22 %; 2,16%;4, 30%;5,9%;6, 16%;8.7%. Biotypes 3 and 7 were not observed. The distribution of biotypes from women with and without bacterial vaginosis was found to be signifcantly different. biotypes. 1, 2,and 4 being more predominant in women with bacterial vaginosis (86% versus 37%,P<0. 01 ). |
