| 摘 要： | 目的总结室间隔缺损合并肺动脉高压围手术期处理和手术指证。方法采取中低温体外循环常规停跳修补室间隔缺损144例,并同期纠治其它心内畸形36例。结果治愈140例(97.2%),重度肺动脉高压术后呼吸循环功能衰竭死亡4例。结论加强室间隔缺损的围手术期处理,合理掌握其手术指证,是手术治疗效果的保证。 |
