| 摘 要： | 本文研究了在窦律时和心脏起搏时蝙蝠葛碱(Dau)、普卡胺(pro)和利多卡因(Lid)对体表ECG的影响。Dau能明显延长QRS时间,轻度延长QT间期,QT延长主要是由于QRS时间延长所致,而它对JT间期的影响甚微。Pro同时延长QRS时间和JT间期,从而使QT间期明显延长。Lid通过缩短JT间期使QT间期缩短,它对QRS时间无何影响。结果表明,Dau对ECG的影响与Pro和Lid明显不同,而与晚近报道的Ic类抗心律失常药对ECG的影响相近。

| Abstract: | The effects of dauricine, procainamide (Ia) and lidocaine (Ib) were studied during sinas rhythm and cardiac pacing. Dauricine significantly prolonged the QRS duration and QT interval. QT Interval prolonged mainly due to an increase of the QRS duration. Dauricine had slight effect on the JT interval. Procainamide significantly prolonged the QT interval by increasing both the QRS duration and JT interval. Lidocaine significantly reduced the QT interval by decreasing the JT interval. Lidocaine had no effect on the QRS duration. The results suggest that the effect of dauricine on ECG is different from those of procainamide and lidocaine, and similar to that of class Ic antiarrhythmic drug recently reported. |
