血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与冠状动脉病变相关性分析

摘    要:目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与冠状动脉病变支数、冠状动脉病变程度及年龄的关系.方法对65例经冠状动脉造影检查确诊冠心病患者进行血浆Hcy含量测定,其中心肌梗死组34例,非心肌梗死组31例;<60岁者27例,≥60岁者38例;单支病变23例,二支病变26例,三支病变16例.结果≥60岁与<60岁患者、心肌梗死与非心肌梗死患者血清之间的Hcy均无差异(P>0.05),三支病变与二支病变组的血浆Hcy水平>单支病变组(P<0.05),而三支病变与二支病变组的血浆Hcy水平比较无差异性(P>0.05).结论血浆Hcy水平高低与冠状动脉病变支数呈正相关,而与冠状动脉病变程度、年龄无关.

Abstract:Objective:To study the association among plasma homocysteine (Hcy),the kinds of coronary heart diseases and the number of coronary artery with stenosis.Methods:Plasma Hcy was measured in 65 patients who underwent coronary angiography and defined as having coronary heart disease (CHD).In this group,there were 34 myocardial infarction patients,31 non-myocardial infarction patients,27 less than 60-year-old patients,38 more than 60-year-old patients.CHD cases were divided into single vessel (n=23),double-vessel (n=26),triple-vessel group (n=16).Results:The plasma Hcy level between more than 60-year-old patients and less than 60-year-old patients showed no significant difference.The plasma Hcy level in the group of triple-vessel and double-vessel are higher than that in the group of single-vessel (P<0.05),but the plasma Hcy level in the group of double-vessel and triple-vessel group showed no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusions:The plasma Hcy level has no relationship with the kinds of CHD and age but has relation with the number of coronary artery with stenosis.
