心理社会因素对高血压患者治疗效果影响的对照研究

目的 :探讨心理社会因素对高血压患者治疗效果的影响。方法 :采用对照研究的方法对 12 4名住院高血压患者进行有关心理社会方面的调查评估。结果 :药物治疗疗效不佳的患者具有较明显的A型行为特征 ;他们所经历的负性生活事件的刺激量较高 ,而相应的社会支持分值较低 ;疗效不佳的患者中还存在较多家庭关系问题及一定的情绪障碍。多因素分析的结果也支持上述发现。结论 :对高血压患者的治疗除常规用药外 ,还应注重患者心理社会方面的有关影响因素并采取相应措施

A Control Study of Effect of the Psycho-social Factors on Patients with Hypertension

Objective:To study the effects of the psycho-Social factors on patients with hypertension Method: We used a control study for the 124 hypertension patients who were used drug for treatment and to see how the psycho-social factors influencing the curative effect Results:(1) the patients who not got the good curative effect have more strong type A behavioral character (2)They withstand more negatives stress and lack positive family and social supports (3)They also appeared more anxiety and the mutual-factors Analysis also supporter the results above Conclusion:We should pay more attention on the psychosocial factors of the hypertension patients who get the drug therapy in hospital
