小儿尿道下裂术后尿液引流护理的比较研究

[目的]探讨小儿尿道下裂术后尿液引流的护理.[方法]尿道下裂术后行管中管引流尿液方式患儿52例随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组30例,对照组22例,实验组采取多喝水,每2h挤压尿管连接管,对照组常规术后管道护理,观察并比较两组病人引流管的引流情况.[结果]实验组管中管引流尿液有效率为93.33%,对照组为63.63%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).[结论]定时有效挤压管中管连接管可明显减少尿道下裂术后引流管的阻塞现象.

A comparative study on nursing care of postoperative urine drainage for children with hypospadias

Objective:To probe into nursing care of postoperative urine drainage for childhood hypospadias patients. Methods: A total of 52 hypospadias children undergoing tube in tube urine drainage mode were randomly divided into test and control group. To compress urinary canal adapter every two hours for test group cases. And patients of control group were given routine postoperative conduit care. Then the drainage condition of the tube between the two group cases were observed and compared. Results: The effective rate of tube in tube urine drainage mode in test group cases was 93.33%, and 63.63% in control group cases. There was statistical significant difference in terms of the effective rate of drainage between both group cases (P<0.05). Conclusion: Timed and effective compressing tube in tube adapter can remarkably decrease obstruction of drainage tube for postoperative hypospadias children.
